This place is a home to wonderful Shatsk Lakes
Ukrainian lakes, Belarusian forests, and cozy Polish towns will create nice surroundings for the futuristic city. All three countries need to dedicate proportional parts of their territories to the city and its neighborhoods, providing them with exterritorial status. It will be like a bigger neutral land in-between the boarders.
The metro will connect five major CEE cities growing later into a bigger transport network
